The Sean Fitzgerald Consulting, team has over 60 combined years of consulting experience that includes addressing mechanical design, building envelope, indoor air quality, and moisture problems in buildings. We have specific expertise in diagnosing, solving, and mitigating elevated humidity, water intrusion, and building envelope deficiencies. Our team includes licensed professional engineers and registered architects; contractors and certified indoor environmental consultants and mold assessors.
We have led teams in some of the world’s largest and most complicated remediation projects, often overseeing numerous subcontractors working on multiple systems with various experts reviewing the final product. Sean Fitzgerald Consulting's combined background in building envelope, HVAC and indoor air quality make us unique in the field of building sciences.
